My stay at Excellence El Carmen was a mixed bag. The beach was undoubtedly the highlight—pristine and well-kept. but the room left much to be desired. While the staff were friendly and diligent, I encountered significant issues with room conditions that detracted from the overall experience.

Although the room layout was unique, I found the lack of privacy concerning, especially the clear glass door on the shower. The presence of bugs made the stay less enjoyable, despite the staff's efforts to fumigate the space.
